QR menu for restaurants in Sri Lanka
A QR code menu your guests can order from.
Put a QR code on every table. Guests scan it with their phone camera and your full menu opens in seconds, with photos, prices and descriptions, in Sinhala, Tamil or English. No app, no printing, and no waiting for a menu card.
EasyMenu is built for restaurants, cafes and hotels in Sri Lanka, and starts at Rs. 2,450 a month.

Everything a printed menu does, and more
A printed menu is out of date the day a price changes. A QR menu is always current, costs nothing to reprint, and can do things paper can’t: show photos, switch language, and take the order.
Update the menu once, and every table sees it
Add your dishes from the EasyMenu dashboard on a phone, tablet or computer. When a price changes or the kitchen runs out of something, change it there and the menu updates on every table straight away.
There is no designer to brief and no print shop to wait for, so seasonal dishes and daily specials go live the same day.
- Add dishes, drinks, prices and photos
- Mark a dish sold out in one tap
- Group the menu into categories
- Run promotions and offers (Premium)

A menu guests already know how to use
Guests point their camera at the QR code and the menu opens in the browser. They can browse at their own pace, look at photos of each dish and see exactly what it costs before they order.
- Opens from the phone camera, no app
- Works on Android and iPhone
- Photos, descriptions and prices for every dish
- Shows your service charge and tax up front

Sinhala, Tamil, English and seventeen more languages
Guests pick their language at the top of the menu. EasyMenu translates your dishes automatically, and you can check and correct every translation before guests see it. That helps local families and tourists alike, without printing a separate menu for each.
- Sinhala, Tamil and English
- French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Turkish
- Arabic, Urdu, Hindi and Bengali
- Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Indonesian and Filipino
- Automatic translation you can edit

Six designs to match your restaurant
Choose a Classic design that guests flip through like a printed menu book, or a Digital design that scrolls quickly on a phone. Each comes in colour themes such as Heritage, Noir, Garden, Fresh, Midnight and Bistro, and shows your logo and your own photos.
From QR menu to table ordering
Start with the QR menu, then switch on ordering when you are ready. On the Standard and Premium plans, guests add dishes to their order from the menu, your team sees it at once, and the bill is ready when they are. See the restaurant POS system for how orders, bills and payments work.
- Guests order from the table
- Orders go straight to staff and kitchen
- Guests can call a waiter from the menu
- Guests can pay the bill by card (Premium)

Frequently asked questions
What is a QR code menu?
A QR code menu is your restaurant's menu as a web page. Guests scan the QR code on the table with their phone camera and the menu opens straight away, with photos, prices and descriptions. Nothing has to be downloaded.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. The menu opens in the phone’s browser after scanning, on both Android phones and iPhones.
How much does a QR menu cost in Sri Lanka?
The EasyMenu Basic plan, which is the QR menu on its own, is Rs. 2,450 a month or Rs. 25,000 a year. Plans that add table ordering, billing and card payments start at Rs. 9,950 a month.
Can I change prices or hide a dish that is sold out?
Yes. Change a price, a photo or a description, or mark a dish unavailable, from the EasyMenu dashboard and every QR code shows the change at once. You never reprint the menu.
Which languages can the menu show?
Sinhala, Tamil and English, plus French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Bengali, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Indonesian and Filipino. EasyMenu translates your dishes automatically, and you can check and edit each translation. How many languages you can offer depends on your plan.
Can guests order from the QR menu, not just look at it?
On the Standard and Premium plans, yes. Guests add dishes to their order from the table and it goes straight to your staff and kitchen. On the Basic plan the menu is view only.
How do I get the QR codes?
You create them in the EasyMenu dashboard, one for the restaurant or one for each table, and print them on table stands, stickers or cards. A table QR code tells your staff which table an order came from.
